Kalamazoo Mini Storage

During my summer internship at Kalamazoo Mini Storage, I managed a full paid social campaign during our busiest revenue season. I created content, researched our audience, and ran our campaigns through Google Ads, where I allocated the ad budget to maximize ROAS. Since summer is the peak period for attracting new tenants and winter demand drops significantly, I focused on optimizing performance week-to-week. Through consistent testing and refinements, I increased occupancy from 79% to 87%. This project strengthened my skills in Google Ads, digital advertising, budget management, and creating targeted content that actually converts.
